Transas City was created by a local Transwoman named Una to serve transgender and transsexual persons and their families, friends, allies, and supporters in the Kansas City metro area. Local events and news are highlighted, but coverage also includes trans-related issues world-wide, accompanied by Una’s commentary on the events.
